It IS possible. Investing can be an isolating game. In Las Vegas, if you win big, you are instantly surrounded by cheering folks. In the stock market it is likely that only you and your tax accountant have any idea. If someone want's to crow a bit now and then it only serves to unite the players to try harder themselves. TP (who could have won even bigger if he wasn't so cautious)
