Today's FT has a couple articles on the AstraZeneca merger. The articles discuss the possibility of a hostile bid from Novartis, Roche, SBH, or GLX, but also gives reasons why a hostile bid is unlikely. US merger road show begins tomorrow, and shareholders are slated to vote on the merger next month. Details liked to Merger Mania table at biocognizance.com (article still talks about GLX/SBH merger)
