Ed, one thing I have learned the hard way just in the last 3 years is, No one thinks anything bad will ever happen to them, even if it happens right in front of their eyes to others. So until it happens to someone very close to someone very important everyone will have the dont look and dont see attitude. Or just how do you explain COPS. Heck its so popular that even the kids stay awake to watch others get man handled. I'll admit, keeping our streets free of marawana smokers is high priority and bashing them against the pavement just builds character.
