I only want to correct that it is not OEMs in Japan which have sample chips but an OEM in some other country. As for Bob, as advertised on this forum in October (?), his company may be having financial troubles, so I would not be surprised if he is now trying to bring the stock down to purchase them back at a much discounted price.
