Brian, and AMD investors:

>>Where does AMD go from here ?

There were 4 announcements that were completely ignored by investors:

5.5 M k6-2 , sampling K7 , K6-2 mobile released with Toshiba as first customer , K6-3 being released in Feb in volume .<<

The fact is investors read AMD's earning press release and listened to the CC and responded accordingly with a record heavy volume sell off!

>>The volume on AMD is already at approx. 60M shares in the first 2 weeks , this indicates more buying interest than any previous year and follows 2 months of 80M share volume . <<

How many of this 60 M shares in the first two weeks are resulted from the two day sell off after AMD missed the consensus earning estimate badly. Who told you sharp drop in stock price with heavy trading volume indicates more buying interest? It's more selling interests to me. Don't forget the street and most AMD investors were looking for a positive surprise, not only a break-even with consensus.

Oh, by the way, the AMD production problems sure boost investor's confidence well, especially the institution investors, I guess.

>Conclusion ?<<

AMD is heading to high teens. Here is why:
