I never said that TA includes FA as you indicate above. This is a conclusion that you and Victor came up with on your own. Below is my response to Victor in which I indicated to him that his conclusion
was wrong about me defining TA as FA. My whole memo to him was an explanation that I was referring 100% to TA and not FA.
