It was KPMG in China, arranged through CITIC.

The sec filings are from when TTNRG was in the long distance business.

They had an agreement where a company called southnet would service TNRGs customers and pay TNRG commissions. Southnet eventually went bankrupt and screwed TNRG, which is what brouht the share price crashing down.

Tilton worked out the filing thing with the SEC back then.

TNRG is basically a new company and should be treated as such after 1997. They will hav to begin filing, but are not required as of yet.
