I don't think the world is a better place with daytraders. It is. You'll have to trust me on this, but it is. Anything that prevents market "massage" is a good thing. The BAD thing is that people start day trading without understanding it, or for the wrong reason, and they lose their money and walk away and grumble. It's not good for everyone. Not even close. But it is good for the market.
