That does not entirely seem accurate. See the following
SEC statements:

sec.gov

This is the latest report that I can find from the
SEC (there is no annual report out for 1998, apparently).

However, this report is dated in 1997, and if their 1998
report is not out yet, I might assume that the 1997
report was issued in 1998, which in fact, it shows as
a last update to this page being 7/98.

In addition, the following document does not sound
like they were not letting tnrg off the hook:
sec.gov

Again, I do not mean to aggravate anyone here. I hope
that there is a good explanation, as I would truly
like to invest.
