That is exactly the way it was stated in the packet. Variables will arise from the IPO-date-amount (above 5 bucks) and underwriters. But as far as the Pre-IPO PP for FNet, that stands as a fact, fact, fact.
The PP is for $ 2.50 each at this time. It was, or should have been obvious, this statement held both affirmative facts and cemented-senerio's for the near future, all-before the second half of the year.
I wanted to take this opportunity to clear up a misconception on my part. I am in no way concerned with FNet or FTel in either their management, or business plan for the future. As some here realize though, I am very head-strong in my beliefs as to what would make a sound national rollout for the Internet side of FNet and other concerns on the FNet thread.
My only concern was personal in nature, to the need of cash at this time. Believe me that after holding 3 years of FNet, there would be no way in hell I'd give these up if I didn't need the money. I thought 2 bucks, (and still do) is a fair price since they would be tradable on the day or anytime after the IPO date.
Seems like a great deal less than 6 months, but you be the judge. I still plan on selling 10k of the 30 if anyone is interested. No way am I giving up the total 30k now.
