Steven,
If you consider the fact that BIPL had some problems last year (product shortage, reorganization charges, lack of exposure) the fact that they turned a profit says a lot! Now consider their Red Cross contract, the supply agreement with i-STAT, the French "connection" and the recent FDA approval and ISO certification, and you have perhaps the safest play under $1.25 available. Downside risk is very limited and with all of the recent good news, there is no reason not to believe that BIPL could reasonably see $5.00 in less than 1 year.
I don't think there will be any immediate price rise though. We still have to get through the last Qtrs earnings and then can look forward. After 2 qtrs of very good earnings (there is no reason not to expect good earnings) people will notice. If you want really quick money, this probably isn't it but if your willing to hang in there for the next 12 months, then....

All My Opinion

BE HAPPY,

WALLEYE
