TO ALL FORMER CAWS SHAREHOLDERS:

Remember how CAI management assessed the value of its MDS/MMDS/ITFS spectrum rights based on its analysis of the net price paid "per POP" for the top 20 markets in last year's LMDS auction? The average price per POP determined by CAI was $3.17. Consequently, it was CAI's resulting total book value based on this valuation which led to all common shares being extinguished.

Well, let's look at the value of LMDS licenses today...

Based on the WNP acquisition, I estimate today's per POP value to be approximately $7. What a difference a few lousy months can make.

And BTW, look out for NextLink... this company is poised to be the next broadband telecom giant.
