While this list goes on a bit, please take note of the pattern. While much of what is listed below references recent goings on, and may in fact reference similar happenings, the post that this is in response to is yet another new issue. Not really, but new in its repetitiveness because I do remember another post that dealt with the same issue a few weeks or month or so back.
This tolerant attitude, both on the part of shareholders and mostly management must stop. It's a pattern that will become fatal if not checked quickly. TSIG doesn't have much time. If it's a problem, that's ok, but fix it. If it's a repetitive problem, that's NOT ok and someone's tail should be out the door!
This represents a problem that has been stated before and is totally unacceptable from a professional organization. Message 7338600
Andrew, you are absolutely right but it is far more than troubling.

These comments below were made by others and me in the recent days and weeks. I copy them here not to be redundant but to keep everyone's eye on the ball. These seemingly little issues will add up to failure if not corrected. They need to be first anticipated before happening and as I watch the pattern, I wonder what planning is taking place to anticipate these not so minor errors.
DD takes many forms and this is probably one of the most vital functions we can provide to TSIG as it takes shape. The potential of TSIG to be a major player in the burgeoning Internet commerce business cannot be understated. I think it's incumbent on us to keep their feet to the flames when they allow these so-called little issues to go by. Because they elected to use the shareholders as a beta test for that crappy Hastings sight, it's only proper that we now continue to observe and report repetitive problems. We have the distinct responsibility to uncover and report them. We should also like to know why they happened and also know what was done to correct. That's just good management. But if they occur a second time then all bets should be off and we should look for more than a fix of the situation. We should have names and actions.
On a seperate note, does anyone have specific e-mail addresses within TSIG. Reporting should probably be made to someone further up the line when things continue to go awry.
