Jay,

A second possibility has to do with the Zip drive itself. Remember how the included tools disk gave you the choice between Mac or PC compatibility? Unfortunately, when you choose one you are forever unable to choose the other. The only solution (if this is your problem), is to contact Iomega at 1-800-MY-STUFF and purchase a second tools disk. This will cost about $30!
