Fez et al,

An additional item that lends credibility (at least to me) is that their board of directors includes M. Kapor who founded Lotus. He knows firsthand what it's like to propel a company to success and then sell out. True, he became complacent and let MSFT eat his lunch, but IBM bought them out at a nice price never the less.
