Hi all, I hope this may be of interest to you , I felt as a stockholder in STS that the allegations made in court, should have been fully investigated by the relevant authorities ,below is a copy of the e_mail I sent to the BCSC and the response I received
Dear sir, I am a stockholder in a company called Starpoint Goldfields (STS.V) , over the past two days the company has been involved in a legal wrangle with the brokerage firm Global Securities, it has been alledged in court that Global Securities were involved in illegal shorting of STS stock whilst in the process of acting on behalf of STS in a financial placement ,it would appear that documentation to prove these allegations was placed before the courts in Vancouver on Monday the 12th of January 1999 , during a summary judgement hearing (18a) by Global against STS. If this evidence is correct then I would request that the BCSC ,on receipt of this mail will instegate an investigation into these allegations as a matter of urgency, are we again going down the road of stockholders not receiving a fair deal on the VSE, I look forward to receiving a swift response to this correspondence Yours faithfully J.McKnight
