Hi Uncle, I just have to laugh at this statement from AMD : ""We intend to support Direct Rambus as a high-performance memory solution for K7-based systems appearing in the second half of 1999," said a spokesman for Sunnyvale, Calif.-based AMD. "We have not announced a memory specification that will be used in the initial versions of K7 [appearing] in the first half of 1999."
