Matthew, What business's today have zero competitive threats. None, but stocks are moving one way or the other. Unfortunately to many traders like yourself believe that the Auburn chip will cut into S3 market. This is a chip for high end workstations. Now that does not mean that Intel will not come out with a commodity 3D chip, does that mean I have to wait until 1998 to see if S3 can get back into the $20.00 range. There are thousands of one and two product companies out there. Most modem companies offer only modems. Checked with my broker, there were 2 trades over 100k, both buys. 440K at 12:46 and 250k at 3:57 for what its worth. Go S3 Greg
