I can agree with what you say it makes sense. I know a great many people who live paycheck to paycheck and its difficult to even keep an account open. many banks are pushing that you have an account in order to check your check even if the check is drawn on that bank. fleet just seems to "fee" everyone to death. even for the simplest things. I just think the bank (most of them) have forggotten that people are their lifeblood, even the little guy. I do not live paycheck to paycheck but I can feel for those who do.
