Addi--

USRX doesn't exist in a vacuum. This was a nasty day for tech stocks in general: DJIA up 85, Daq up a pathetic .80, MSH up an even more anaemic .42. You can't expect the Robot to do well in such a climate--not, at least, in the absence of cosmic news.

AOL's agreement with the attorneys general is important because it consolidates the suits lodged against them. That they've offered refunds to customers who find themselves unable to connect seems to me extremely positive: if they thought this situation would last indefinitely they couldn't afford to do so.

And all that's good for the Robot: AOL need to buy a lot more modems and hubs. I think this was reflected in USRX's sharp price spike at the end of the session today.

Tomorrow....who knows?
