Paul OT Washington week mentioned Clinton will have enough tax reductions (credits) to satisfy just about everyone.... Here is a url on parts of the proposed speech. newsday.com Health care long term coverage in home for relatives although on Washington week ,I think,they said it is fazed out on family income around $80,000. $10 billion over the next 5 years 1 billion plus to improve health coverage for those not coverage by insurance. Plans for coverage for those with disabilities who can't get coverage. plan (again) for 55 to 64 age group to purchase medicare. $112 billion increase for military (perhaps way over due however we sure could have closed some of the bases he visited last year... $84 million (what some si folks spend in a year..<g>) in civil rights spending. No explanation of where the money is coming from other than he will keep the budget in balance. I don't think this answers all tax questions as it was a broad statement from the news folks on washington week sat. night.
