Traders....1 day u will pay the taxman..If a company<dell> starts too slow a little..The price will fall..The difference would pay the taxman..Most traders keep stocks using the buy & hold..most use margin which you pay % on..Some traders do it for a living<trading only>..You have to pay some bills..You ned cash flow..Traders like to buy at 1 price and sell very quickly...Creates cash flow..Just like any job..U will pay the taxman..Lets try this...I bot lcos..70s<i think>> avg..sold 2 days later 140.Its now in the 80s...did I make a good move or what..the difference paid the taxs..I just used the tock to create cash flo and it worked..I own several thou shs of dell<long>..last week ..I would buy in the afternoon at 77.50 ish sell the next morning at 79ish..2 k shs..$4000 dollars for a couple of hrs..created cash...do u think I mind paying the taxman..NOOOOOO....Plus I still have my long shs..going up and down..There is nothing wrong with extra cash..Look at this..Had u sold your psft at the high and bot back in the teens..The taxman would have been ok..Tlab..which luckily recovered..sold at the 90s and bot back in the low 30s wouldn't be a bafd deal..Its the market timing that scares folks...You have to have what I call the gift..If I see a good deal...Hell..I have the cash from trading....
