AOL suggests using snail mail to request refunds!!!

"AOL members who feel they have not received sufficient value due to busy signals and desire a credit of one month's membership fee should send their requests, including their name, address, master account screen name, and phone number to: AOL Member Refunds, P.O. Box 511, Ogden, Utah, 84402-0511."

America Online? I don't think so. Perhaps America Wait Online. Or America Waiting to Get Online.

AOL subscribers: Come on over to your local ISP. There's still plenty of spare capacity to get you on the net at the same cost as AOL, and without the headaches or busy signals. What are you waiting for? Oh, too hard to tell everyone your e-mail address has changed? Get a life: a single e-mail to everyone on your list will tell them of your new free Juno.com e-mail account! Oh, I guess I forgot. It's those snazzy dancing pixels, isn't it!

Cheers
