Eugene,

I know they are using the Alcatel DSL Modems which would indicate that since they are using an ATM platform, SS7 signaling technology, and hardware splitters to migrate voice over DSL, we need to look at who is supplying the DSLAM CO equipment: Alcatel?, Adtran?, Ascend? Cisco?
