Allan,

Here is what I know:

1. The bankruptcy court ordered a shareholders' meeting.

2. Vigliarolo tried to put Airstar into a Chapter 7.

3. Time is of the essence.

4. Sprint wants to revoke the contract.

5. The management group is totally independent. They have their own minds.

6. Andy Proctor and group now has 28,000,000 shares, meaning Airstar should have 50 million shares. Weren't our Directors nice to us?

7. Yes Allan, as the sh-- comes up to the surface, it is clear who has caused and still is causing problems.
