A penny at a time that is how millions are built. 400k shares at .75 = $300K, that is not an easily discardable amount is it? On a similar basis as your resoning, 40k is penny change to Bob, so why not put it upfront given the potential reward. If new stock is to be issued, insiders will have the first pick. Tell me is it better to buy them at .50 or at .85? I was not trying to make you buy more stock. I was only trying to show you that the response from ADI's PR was on a positive tone, while's BOB response was on a negative tone. Who is telling the truth.
