The way to value this stock rationally (an oxymoron in its own right to value an internet stock) is to compare Market Cap/Future Revenues for these different companies. So let's say that BID's fully diluted stocks outstanding (includes options, warrants etc.) is 51 M shares and price is C$7. and Future revenues are C$50M. So

51M x 7 =$357M market cap
50 M 99 revenues
so Price/Revenue = 357/50 = 7.14 approx.

THIS IS CHEAP. I am SURE that amazon, ebay, yahoo have multiples of revenues MUCH higher than BID.COM.

CONCLUSION: IF markets actually behave rationally, then BID.COM's multiple should start approaching other internet stock multiples as this stock gets discovered by America and as Nasdaq houses it. THSI STOCK IS C H E A P O.

Only One Person's opinion!!!!
