Joe Wagner, you have stated excellently what I was trying to say but couldn't. RBOC's don't have the luxury to force CAP if DMT outperforms CAP. The RBOC's are slow at technological innovation and stand to get burned if they are not careful now that we have a new world of potential thanks to the wonderful Telecommunication Bill that is making all of these investment opportunities open up big-time.
