It's about intent, dude. You can give me an incorrect answer, and all that proves is that you were wrong. You are insinuating that this person had an ulterior motive. You don't know this. Even if you suspected this, a more mature response would have been to show your list of cheaper brokers without making a personal issue out of it (and your inability or unwillingness to admit this doesn't say much for your level of maturity).
