Jim--I will take a guess. Not to be a MDIN apologist, but I think that regardless of any tangible assets they might get (who knows whether they would get any or what they might be worth--I sure would not count on seeing any CASH from Dayton, they don't have any. Can't squeeze blood from a turnip, and it doesn't really pay to sue a sharecropper for triple damages, etc.) that the one thing MDIN would get from a favorable ruling is CREDIBILITY.

No one wants their investment contingent on court actions in a developing country.

Until and unless they get a favorable ruling, the market at large will not believe what MDIN management is saying about anything.
