I gave a Samsung 0.28 die size that was essentially the same as the MU 0.25 part. Your logic baffles me.

As an investor, this does not concern me since above 0.25 micron the 16mb part WAS the primary shipper, and MU accelerates ahead of the pack with the shrinks, so are now ahead in 64mb. BTW, this is the way of MU since the late 80s and the Korean companies did just fine.
