TD;
I do agree that the role that "DNA techniques" plays in understand medicine is huge. As this science blast ahead, whoa be the biotech/drug company that fails to grasp its importance. What the role will be and who will be the winners is a much harder question. One of the obvious great minds here at SI should start a thread devoted to the role of gene therapy and the many differing branches of this science - gene therapy (those that Mike mentioned sure would be an interesting bunch), genetic testing (my favorite branch; VGIN, DIGE, IDBEF, ENZ, VYSI, and of course MYGN), pharmacogenomics -CRGN, GLGC.

Others with potential?

Steve
