Randy, I guess that would depend on whther or not the price of my own companies stock was priced at a premium and how much cash I had. I would also have to figure in whether I would need cash to integrate what I was buying into my own business plan. I guess I would also have to give Bramsom a place on my Board or a strong position in the Company if thats what he wanted. From the point of view of an AXC stock holder (LONGTIME HOLDER). Just show me the money. Steve
