For 80,000 shares you are mistaken with E*Trade. The 19.95 is for up to 5000 shares. The remaining 75,000 shares are .01 per share. So E*Trade would actually be $769.95. And I doubt the other brokers you listed don't also have additional fees for more than 5000 shares.
