Steven:

I've just started looking at the financials and press releases re:BAGL. Don't see much to be excited about. In the quarter ending Aug. 31, revenues were down from a year prior.

>>>THREE MONTHS ENDED
AUGUST 31,
1998 1997
--------------------------

REVENUES
Net sales by Company-owned stores $ 2,157,833 $ 2,830,808
Royalty fees from franchised stores 829,507 705,557
Franchise and area development fees 245,000 124,645
Licensing fees and other income 238,789 220,597
--------------------------
3,471,129 3,881,607 <<<

Also, I don't see any reason to consider this an internet stock. Any company can set up a website and start selling stuff, it doesn't mean they'll play any significant part in the Internet revolution.

Recently high volume seems to only precede stock declines, not rises with BAGL.

I'll check out your thread tonight, I haven't yet. Don't mean to be negative (I haven't looked deeply enough to have any opinion), I just hope you'll tell us why this might be a good play.

Regards,

Adamson
