Short, it sounds like your time frames on covered calls are in the range of 15 to 30 days. Traders time frames are more typically in minutes, hours, or at most 2 to 3 days. I wouldn't believe your case would be considered trading but that is just an opinion. As Colin, says, there is no definitive answer.
