What exactly are our options as SHVA shareholders? As I understand it, all holders as of the takeover announcement date are members of the class action suit, so any settlement would apply to all. So selling vs holding now wouldn't affect that. And as far as "not tendering our shares" goes, how do you do that? And what happens then?

Is there anything we can do that will prevent our shares from being converted into $6 cash sometime in February, and what are the risk/consequences?

Also, why no proxy? This is unlike any merger I've been involved in and seems suspicious.
