Ross, This is without question the most optimistic news release that PFG has made since the new management took over. Besides the obvious excitement they seem to have for Cofradia, it would seem to me that they must also be very pleased with the property immediately to the north (LaEspina) which they also own. As a guess, what they saw on LaEspina led them to look at other properties in the near vicinity. It could even be that there is more info on LaEspina which if made available in an earlier release might have negatively impacted the purchase price of Cofradia. A little surprised that the NR went out when the US markets were closed but volume was building and it is obvious that word must have leaked. Anyway, we now have three very interesting and potentially valuable properties. Any one of which could be a company maker. I like our chances, Dave
