I like it. Good thinking. You can already see a lot of evidence that the Wall Street firms are scared to death - higher margin requirements for specific stocks, market makers running away from these things. That's a very good point - nobody is going to take the legal risk of doing an offering at this valuation. It makes so much sense to do one, but a Morgan Stanley is not going to let its reputation be tarnished by something so unethical. And of course, a smaller firm which would love to do the deal has got to worry about losing it all in a lawsuit. Beautiful.

Where do you think it trades post-bankruptcy? 300? 400?
