I think it is called acquisitional and incentive stock. Yes they will be issuing more stock if all proposals carry at the share holders meeting. This stock has been allocated for future acquisitions and incentives for the hiring of top notch management according to the filings. bb PS: Did I tell you guys about the dream I had last night?
