Well now!! you would think that the leader of TMM ,a Harvard Law School graduate???, would know how to "complete a merger" or certainly should know someone else that as a favor, would do the leading??? wouldnt you????? It seems that they(????) whoever they are????are not even smart enough to pawn/sell /give the company away for the TAX credits ????but, onthe other hand....maybe there are NO!!!!!! tax credits????? with a one week gap before the superbowl gets in the way of the TMM trevails...what say thee folks????
