Petz,

AMD dosn't need to worry about the PIII.
In fact the PIII is a psoitive to AMD as AMD can position the k6-2/3 as having the 3d instructions just like the PIII.

The keys are the speed ramps and the k-3 volume and speed ramps.

A 400/450 duo of k-3 will do wonders for AMD.
If they can only do 350/400 for k-3 we will still be behind but numbers should still be good for this quarter as long as they can ship enogh 400 and 450 k-3's.
