Joe, In latest EE Time (Electrical Engineering Times), a paper mentions that the law suit will fight to 2000. I cannot expect what the suit will go, but I think it will take quite long time. My view as a end user of Avnt and CDN tools, Avant's tools are very good but also most expensive. I am not surprised that AVNT will meet or beat the analyst estimation. Also there is a rumor that AVNT got a few big contracts. I strongly suggest you to cover your short before Tuesday closing. If you want short, take later. CDN will have a good quarter number too, I think. They may don't have a great revenue but it will show very good earning because of cost control. I think that both of AVNT and CDN will be winners in the street. Semiconduct industry has been recovered. What do you expect its software vendors? GO NORTH! Good Lucky!
