Skip, nothing is ever as simple as we'd like to believe. from Jan 7 WSJ, >>"New Rules Could Push Stocks Off Bulletin Board " The SEC has proposed to drop as many as 6,500 securities that don't currently report updated financial results. If adopted this rule will force as many as 3,000 issues to the "Pink Sheets" The NASD said that companies currently listed on the OTC-BB will be required to supply updated financials alphabetically, beginning the past Monday. The Pink Sheets which at present do not provide electronic real time quotes say they plan to install automated and electronic quotations this April. << JOE
