E-Commerce will prove to be the most unforgiving experience for anyone contemplating a new venture in the history of man transacting cash or otherwise in exchange for goods of perceived like value.
If you are not the lowest price or the fastest, (read the most reliable, live up to your customers expectations), you're toast.
TSIG will have a very very very small window of opportunity to prove themselves. So far Lions 3, Christians 0, TSIG being the Christians.
We'd better keep upper management apprised of anything that even resembles a repetitive snafu. Only the repetitive errors, because we have to give lower management the benefit of the doubt while they are working out the bugs.
And no whining, just business comments.
