CMOZ... Next E-commerce Play Developing...

"COSMOZ KNOWS ALL"... catchy... read further... I have been following
several internet and e-commerce related plays in the US and Canada,
for example, Yahoo, Go2Net, EBay, Amazon, etc... and in Canada BII...
If you missed the first run and are looking for a cheap entry point
into this market, take a look at CMOZ (COSMOZ.com) on the US OTCBB, a
few days ago the price was $0.05, on Thursday it shot up to $0.13 on
about 500,000 shares then on Friday it moved up further to close at
$0.20 on 1.5 million shares (touched $0.27 in heavy trading), then a
press release came out (included below) indicating it changed its
name and focus to an internet/e-commerce company but more importantly
they stated that "... the company will be actively and aggressively
pursuing many unique companies in high growth Internet related areas,
of which at least one will be made public imminently... " imminently
caught my attention so I bought some shares because of the explosive
potential of these plays on the US OTCBB (the market players in the
US are 100 times that of Canada and aggressive trading has resulted
in several stocks making spectacular gains)... CMOZ just came off the
bottom and something is obviously going into this company very
soon... I am hoping that this is just beginning and I suggest
everyone just put this on your watch list and see the action... there
has not been one of these plays that I have been monitoring that
hasn't appreciated at least 300% some as high has 3,000%... I have
been watching several of these low priced plays over the last few
months with great envy until I finally bought CMOZ... another one I
am watching with great anticipation is SFL on Vancouver which changed
its name to Global E-Comm, they too have vended in an E-commerce play
and expect to begin trading again by the end of February (it has been
halted for some time now...)

Press Release - Friday, January 15, 1999...

Business Wire - January 15, 1999 12:17

SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 15, 1999--MIS International
(OTC BB:MISM) is pleased to announce its corporate name change to
COSMOZ.com. The company's trading symbol will also change from MISM
to CMOZ, effective at the start of trading on Friday January 15,

Similar to Yahoo.com, Go2Net.com and CMGI.com, COSMOZcom's mission is
to become a recognized leader in the development and acquisition of
high profile, high traffic, niche market - Internet related
businesses and web based technologies.

The COSMOZ.com website is now under development and will serve three
strategic purposes. First, it will communicate our mission and
corporate information effectively to better serve customers and
investors. Second, it will conveniently tie together and promote
complementary web based businesses which we develop, acquire or sell.
Third, established Internet based businesses can submit their website
to be reviewed, towards potential acquisition.

COSMOZ.com is well positioned to take the necessary steps to become a
household name amongst the internet community. The company will be
actively and aggressively pursuing many unique companies in high
