Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but it appears the lights are about to go out in China... stockhouse.com And of course, one of the first targets of civil unrest will be shopping malls, and the merchants therein. Especially by peasants resentful of those who have when they do not. But it's nice they got the "audit" completed so you'll have an accurate valuation of what's about to be destroyed.
