SRCM's has 90 days to file the 10K after year end.

You have 45 days to file a 10Q after the end of quarter. You don't file a 10Q after Q4, just the 10K. So, unlike other times of the years, SRCM has a long time to hype it up before disclosing any bad news. And they can almost make it to April Fools day.

Very nice.
