Tom, I don't have those numbers and that's why I ask you. Afterall, you are the one who suggests that Netradio should have a market cap comparable to BCST which I disagreed. BCST was the first one went public, BCST had deals with AOL, netscape... Netradio don't have that. Netradio will go on IPO when there are 25-50 other net companies go IPO at the same time, the demand will NOT be as big as BCST. And NAVR is offering 35% of Netradio to the open market if I am hearing it right. This is BAD, BAD, BAD for NAVR holders. It decrease the % of Netradio holding by NAVR while increasing the float on the market for short sellers to play. This is BAD, BAD, BAD. If you think their new CEO knows how to do an IPO, he wouldn't offer 35%, he would offer 10% to the public. After all, as a NAVR holder, do you want NAVR hold 50% of Netradio after public offering, or do you want 75%?

Note, I am not a short seller on this stock. I am just waiting for my $30 spike on this stock to get out. I wouldn't short NAVR at this level, as I think $18 is pretty reasonable market cap for this baby now.
