What should happen with the spinoff is that NAVR retains its 40-50 percent stake in NetRadio as an asset that shows up on its balance sheet, but which no longer acts as a drag on its operating results. NetRadio just gets handled as shareholder equity and no longer affects the operating numbers. This is a "best-of-both-worlds" situation for NAVR and all the other companies that are looking to spin off these Net IPOs.
